Calming Review: Organix Nourishing Coconut Milk Shampoo and Conditioner
As many of you know my money is on a serious diet. You may also know that I love to try out new beauty products. Yes, my job has created a monster… At any rate, strolling through the beauty department at Target , I found ORGANIX 1 Nourishing Coconut Milk Shampoo and Conditioner.
I am absolutely crazy for coconut oil, I use it in my hair, on my skin and sometimes cook with, so anything Coconut piques my interest. The products were really reasonably priced so I decided to give it a try. Now, my hair is really thick and curly, in the winter I tend to blow dry and flat iron more. I was excited to try it, but at the same time hoping that I didn’t waste my money.
Here’s the Result
I massaged my scalp with coconut oil before washing my hair. I washed my hair, applied the conditioner and combed it through. Waited for about two minutes and then rinsed.
Now, first of all the smell… I was on a mini mental vacation in the Caribbean, it smells wonderful. Second, the softness….My mental vacation continued, when I travel to the islands my hair is happy shiny and soft for some reason, well this product had the same result… Last, the curls fell into place, I noticed it was a bit curlier but my hair looked really quenched and nourished. I was like GO ORGANIX!!!!
After putting in some leave in conditioner and moisturizer, I put it in a ponytail, let it air dry and ran some errands. That evening, I dried my hair. The process was faster, my hair was very soft. My hair tends to be a bit dry in the winter, but I noticed I didn’t need much oil or finishing products.
So Calming Corners is very happy with this product, it is very reasonable about $6.99 and they have an amazing line of other Coconut based products such as instant hair repair hair treatment and oil.

Different people should speak a lot about your great post. I will try this product.
I’ve seen this and also read some great things about it but have yet to try it. I do use coconut oil in my hair though, as well as rosemary oil (love love love), and just recently sweet almond oil. I love beauty products too especially hair products. =)
