Wellness Wednesday Giveaway: Pulse Yoga DVD
With the shorter days, cold weather and the holiday season quickly approaching, our mind tends to embrace cuddling and consuming comfort food. I do both. I like the gym because it is a natural motivator. You’re right, sometimes it is nice to exe in comfort of own home.
