We all know that the holidays are a busy and stressful time. Even when vacation comes, it doesn’t feel like it due to the errands, events and everything in between.  This is the season of giving, so I encourage you to give to yourself. Yesterday I had a wonderful me day at the salon, gym and masseuse. I feel like a brand new person.
